We are seeking someone to lead key marketing initiatives for the Financial Services Business, which offers regulatory compliance and business process outsourcing solutions to the Fortune 1000 and their advisors. As a key leader on the marketing team, you will be responsible for the creation of sales material, the management of client education events, the support of new product launches, the leadership of multiple marketing campaigns (print and online) and the management of web properties and email campaigns. You will interact closely with a very senior direct sales force, translating client needs into high impact messaging. Ideal candidate is a service-oriented marketing professional with experience in a B2B environment.

Required Skills Position Requirements

Project Management
  • Manage multiple cross-functional projects; complete them on time and within budget
  • Clearly communicate project progress to the broader organization
  • Develop comprehensive project plans that identify all dependencies and potential bottlenecks
  • Motivate team to achieve all committed milestones
Website Management and Social Media
  • Maintain multiple websites that support various lines of business
  • Oversee project to integrate web properties to increase cross sell opportunities
  • Help implement social media initiative
Electronic Marketing
  • Develop all aspects of an effective email campaign (design, messaging, targeting, timing, reporting)
  • Help implement new marketing automation system (such as Eloqua or Marketo)
  • Leverage Salesforce.com to build more efficient marketing programs and measure results
Marketing Communications
  • Create impactful messaging for advertising, sales collateral and online campaigns
  • Evaluate and closely manage relationships with outside copywriters
Market Research and Analysis
  • Create process for the ongoing solicitation of client input. Help identify client needs to drive the creation of new business opportunities
· Monitor and analyze the competitive and regulatory environment, summarize findings and disseminate to the sales team

Required Experience Ideal Experience
  • 4-6 years of marketing experience, ideally in a B2B or financial services environment
  • Extensive experience in web marketing – email campaigns, website management, search engine marketing, search engine optimization
  • Ideally has experience in product management, and is familiar with the traditional technology product development cycle
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and leading complex technology-based initiatives
  • Experience working with a large direct sales force
  • The ability to communicate effectively with all levels of internal and external contacts, verbally and in writing
  • Self-motivated and able to work with varying levels of supervision
  • Solid analytical skills and ability to use Excel to facilitate analysis
· Excellent interpersonal skills in managing information flow and decision processes across a diverse set of internal and external audiences
