Lead the marketing activities and go-to-market efforts for RR Donnelley Language Solutions in the Americas (the United States, Canada, Mexico, Brazil) as well as global projects for the Language Solutions marketing team. Specifically, to support the regional sales teams in their selling activities and coordinate the further integration of MultiCorpora in the Language Solutions marketing efforts. Reporting to the Global Marketing and Communications Manager for RR Donnelley Language Solutions and the Sales Director - Americas, the Marketing Manager - Americas will manage a range of marketing projects, including creation and update of the LS website and collateral, direct marketing and data mining, event management, advertising, social media and market research as well as various global marketing projects, to assist in the development of an appropriate sales pipeline.
Development and execution of localized go-to-market strategy for MultiCorpora integration aligned to global go-to-market strategy
Coordination of market assessment / valuation project to understand market share and identify new areas for growth as well as penetration and adjacency opportunities within current client base
To work closely with the appropriate sales or client service leads to align marketing activities with sales pipeline expectations and support revenue growth in the region
Tracking of Return-On-Investment of Americas based marketing and sales initiatives
To develop and execute direct marketing programmes aimed at various C-level stakeholders in existing clients and prospects
Development of localized marketing strategy for key industry events and exhibitions
To identify and project manage sponsorship and advertising opportunities
Driving brand recognition through the identification of opportunities for RR Donnelley to speak at key industry events and assisting in the production of presentations
To work with the Language Solutions marketing and design team to develop a compelling sales kit and demand creation collateral
To manage relationships with industry associations and market analysts
To project manage collaborative marketing activities undertaken in conjunction with RR Donnelley’s Strategic Partners
To assist the Global Marketing and Communications Manager for RR Donnelley Language Solutions and the Language Solutions marketing team in various global marketing projects
In addition to the duties and responsibilities outlined below, the person filling the role will be required to perform other duties assigned by the Global Marketing and Communications Manager for RR Donnelley Language Solutions from time to time.

Degree in Marketing
5+ solid marketing experience
Experience in rebranding
Marketing communications management experience in a Business to Business sector
In-depth understanding and experience of the complete marketing mix, including direct marketing, event management, sponsorship, advertising, collateral development and market research
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong project management skills
Ability to manage cross functional teams
Strong analytical skills – particularly regarding interpreting industry intelligence to produce compelling marketing communications and contributing to the Solution Development roadmap
Proficient user of standard desktop applications e.g. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
