The Marketing Manager will also work collaboratively with all levels of the organization including senior management, IT and more. This individual will work to help develop marketing plans and execute key programs aligned with the brand.

Marketing Manager Summary:

The Marketing Manager will serve as a liaison between our leadership team and our regional marketing team and will oversee a team of in-office Graphic Designers. The Marketing Manager will also work collaboratively with all levels of the organization including senior management, IT and more. This individual will work to help develop marketing plans and execute key programs aligned with the brand.

Responsibilities:

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for the development of all sales associate (agent) marketing tools that will further enhance our agent’s marketing efforts and assist the LOC in retention, recruitment and create a preference for the LOC brand.

The Marketing Manager will also actively build relationships in the industry to further enhance the opportunities in the marketplace for the LOC. This position will assist in administering all vendor negotiations and management and supports all NRT and Realogy initiatives; therefore this position requires the ability to contribute individually, lead, manage or participate in cross-functional teams while being flexible and detail-oriented.

The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written skills in the digital arena, social media marketing and eMarketing as well as an understanding of public relations.

Basic Skills/Qualifications:
  • Required: Minimum of five years marketing experience
  • Preferred: Five years of marketing experience with at least two years at a manager level. Experience in or knowledge of the real estate industry.
· Project Management: Must have ability to manage multiple projects, adapt to constant changes and adhere to tight deadlines

· Assist in implementing program development and execution of the following:

o LOC’s bi- monthly magazine, Island Homes Collection

o LOC’s bi-monthly Previews insert and advertising in Pacific Business News

o Emails sent by intouch, including Market Update, Neighborhoods, Previews Portfolio, Island Homes Collection, Open House Guide, Holiday, and any others that may be added

o Primary & Secondary newspaper advertising

o Web related advertising on media sites

o Television advertising and appearances

o Any other advertising or marketing programs that may arise

· Works closely with the internal marketing team and outside vendors in creative development , broadcast production, contract negotiations and communicating creative/programs to Senior Management

· Leadership: Must have strong influencing skills to effectively work with company leadership and agents

· Technology and industry trends: Must have a strong understanding of technology and insight on the industry to provide direction for development of company strategies.

· Marketing skills: Must have solid marketing expertise to clearly identify sales growth opportunities

· Must have a strong presence and a high level of comfort in presenting in front of large audiences

· Must possess solid writing skills

· Must be proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Keynote
