ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Develop and manage marketing campaigns
Develop, test and execute programs/solutions to maximize profit.
Develop metrics and track performance per program, per segment; analyze sales and profit trends.
Manage detailed execution of new programs/solutions to ensure on time launch with all required materials.
Effectively communicate trends to organization, including to Sr. Management & Sales.
Lead cross-functional teams in driving the execution of key business building initiatives from inception to launch. Initiatives could include new media and channels, marketing tools, etc.
Drive effective integration of plans/activities with other functional areas.
Conduct market research and identify key insights; develop actions from research findings.
Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing materials and offer recommendation for future programs.
Develop and manage budget.
Provide direction via clearly written briefs and leadership to internal creative departments.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university and minimum of 7-10 years related experience.
Proficient in MS Word, Power Point, Excel and Adobe Acrobat. Proficient in navigating the Internet and intranet as needed.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
