The Marketing Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Marketing Department, which includes Promotions, Players Club and Bus Marketing. Responsible for implementation, maintenance, and expansion of an overall marketing plan to increase business by way of promotional gifts and events and bus programs. This position directly oversees all administrative aspects of the promotions and bus marketing departments. Manage all promotion activities which include guest interaction and services. Manage all daily operation of bus duties for the property. All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Seneca Gaming Corporation’s policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards and objectives.

Position Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older upon employment.
  • BS or BA in Marketing required.
  • Minimum three (3) years experience working promotions/events required.
  • Minimum three (3) years supervisory experience required.
  • Scheduling flexibility and dependability required.
  • Excellent quantifiable customer service skills and dependability required.
  • Must be able to type minimum of forty (40) words per minute.
  • Ability to operate a personal computer and analyze data.
  • Must have experience writing and understanding promotion and bus marketing internal controls.
  • Excellent quantifiable customer service skills and dependability.

  • Language Skills and Reasoning Ability:

  • Must possess excellent communicate skills.
  • Ability to write and speak effectively to the public, employees and customers.
  • Must have the ability to deal effectively and interact well with the customers and employees.
  • Must have the ability to resolve problems/conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner.

  • Must be able to stand for a period of up to eight (8) plus hours, walk, and move through all areas of the casino in a timely manner.
  • Must have excellent auditory abilities.
  • Maintain physical stamina and proper mental attitude to work under pressure in a fast-paced, casino environment and effectively deal with customers, management, employees, and members of the business community in all situations.
