Surya is seeking a super-smart, innovative marketing technologist who is passionate about making things happen. You will help integrate marketing and sales efforts through automated programs to make marketing execution more scalable, repeatable and effective. You will be the primary owner of our marketing automation system and will use it to architect and optimize email and direct marketing campaigns. In addition, you will lead the creation and distribution of reporting and analytics to support marketing metrics. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator and problem solver, and will enjoy using data to measure results and make improvements.


Leverage Pardot and to build effective nurturing programs and drip campaigns, ensuring new leads are being moved through the pipeline in a timely manner

Develop and execute email campaigns that appeal to target audience including welcome, nurture, retention, cross-sell and upgrade programs

Collaborate closely with sales team to ensure programs meet business objectives

Create email and online content that is relevant to recipients and maximizes ROI

Support and contribute to all lead generation efforts

Analyze campaigns and programs for effectiveness

Cross-train other employees as needed


Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field

3-5 years of B2B demand generation experience

Marketing automation software experience (Pardot, Eloqua, Marketo, Silverpop etc.)

Proficiency with CRM systems ( preferred)

Experience managing email and direct marketing campaigns

Superior communication and writing skills

Track record of building successful automation programs, dashboards and models

A/B campaign testing experience

Passionate about making an impact on revenue

Basic knowledge of HTML a plus
