Primary responsibilities include developing, managing and implementing the marketing strategy for Crown Solutions. Marketing projects and responsibilities include: advertising, direct mail, promotions, web site development, public relations, and trade shows. Responsibilities also include organization and maintenance of department literature, photos, editorial calendars, and other marketing files.
Develop, manage and implement industrial marketing plan to reach target audience.
Work with Veolia market managers and worldwide groups to drive company's strategic marketing and communication efforts, consistent with the corporate objectives and within the guidelines set by corporate marketing
Develop, implement and evaluate sales and communication activities, including web activities, tradeshows, literature, advertising and public relations.
Maintain marketing department sales tools and communication materials
Manage and maintain marketing budget
Direct and manage marketing agency and vendors
Promote business through corporate marketing activities and act as liaison between Crown Solutions and corporate communication and marketing groups.
Develop and maintain relevant content for the Veolia Water Solutions & Technologies North America web site
Coordinate photography of new installations
Conduct market research as required.
Develop content for quarterly newsletter
Design and distribute company-wide surveys
Maintain Crown Solutions intranet
Act as lead for SageCRM maintenance and reporting for sales and marketing within Crown
Keep sales and management teams informed of new sales and marketing tools available from corporate and other business units
Inform corporate marketing of Crown Solutions marketing activities
Ensure Crown Solutions' news is circulated to corporate to maximize internal press and communication
Attend and participate in corporate marketing meetings as appropriate
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field.
Must be proficient in the following programs: MS Office, and various Graphic software programs.
5 - 10 years of related work experience in an industrial or B2B business environment.
