– Retention Are you an experienced marketer looking for the next step in your career? Webs, the world ’s largest website-building solution, is looking for a Retention Marketing guru who is ready to take the reins and own our existing customer base. In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive revenue and customer engagement through online marketing and communications efforts. As the senior most member of the Retention team, you will be responsible managing all of our customer retention activities, with the purpose of engaging, retaining and increasing the value of our customers.
Collaborating across marketing and other key functions, you will optimize and implement new and existing contact strategies that improve overall customer experience and loyalty. This role will include strategic planning, channel management, and ongoing campaign analysis. Key wins that you will have: Help convert Webs ’ free customers to paying customers and increase retention through the development of comprehensive promotional and engagement programs. Define and develop campaign and segmentation strategies in partnership with Marketing Analytics to grow revenue, especially via the email channel.
Develop the theme and copy direction for promotional campaigns. Work closely with the Design team to create compelling imagery to support campaigns. Formulate testing strategies to determine optimal messaging to meet business objectives with A/B and multivariate testing. Analyze results from marketing campaigns and use those analytics to inform and develop future strategies.
Drive partner revenue by planning and project managing partner marketing activities, including site messaging, emails, landing pages and social media coordination. Report campaign results and status on a weekly basis to management. In exchange, you will bring: Energy, passion, and a drive to succeed second to none. A results driven mentality with a emphasis on metrics to tell the story. 5 to 7 years of marketing-specific experience with an emphasis on managing marketing programs through website, email and social media channels. Experience managing and implementing campaigns via a major email service provider.
Experience with implementing and optimizing promotional campaigns including both website and email optimization. An understanding of customer segmentation and an ability to manage a large number of campaigns across various customer segments.
