The Marketing Manager will play a key role in driving success in two important B2B verticals. This person will plan, develop, and execute high-performing marketing campaigns and sales tools that effectively drive quality leads and result in incremental sales revenue. This position reports directly to the VP Marketing. Compensation includes competitive base salary and generous benefits.
Drive the most effective (ROI) sales leads that result in reaching our sales goals
Plan, create and execute inbound and outbound campaigns leveraging digital, search, social and web channels. Create, tweak and continuously optimize campaigns. Understand success metrics associated with campaigns via Marketo. Work collaboratively with marketing coordinator to set up lead nurturing campaigns. Track and report lead funnel and ROI.
Manage strategic co-marketing partnerships and programs with HIT partners
Develop and manage all B2B sales tools and collateral (case studies, educational content, sales decks, website, videos, etc.). Support ongoing needs and requests from sales team.
Collaborate with marketing team to enhance website. Drive B2B projects through that help make it a best-in-class lead generation hub. SEM/SEO knowledge a plus.
Work effectively in cross-functional remote teams (consisting of product, marketing, and sales managers) to launch new products in new verticals.
Manage vendor relationships and budgets
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

The phrases "inbound lead generation" "Conversion-Rate-Optimization" and "A/B testing" mean something to you. Ideally, they reflect a big chunk of your work experience.
Have at least five years of overall marketing experience, preferably in the healthcare or IT industry. Better yet, you have both.
Initiative and do-it-yourself work ethic to create and manage projects A to Z. Start-up experience ideal.
Have a BS degree in Marketing or equivalent
