Ideal candidate will be able to manage and execute daily administrative tasks while effectively assisting with various projects that arise.

Must possess the following qualifications:
  • Strong multi-tasking, follow-up and note taking abilities
  • Very strong organizational skills; must be able to streamline and find effective ways to consolidate
  • Proactive and self-efficient; can operate with minimal direction
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) as well as basic understanding of email and web applications
  • Excellent communication skills - verbal & written (type accurately)
  • Solution oriented; Strong logic skills is must
  • Bilingual in Spanish, preferred but not required
  • Marketing experience is a plus

Summary of Job Description:
Handle all administrative details of the office including, but not limited to:
  • Shipping
  • Retrieving mail
  • Maintaining inventory and re-stocking office supplies
  • Maintaining overall appearance of the office
  • Maintenance of office assets (printers, phones, etc)
  • Provide support for the account team
  • Manage and update documents used for each program (i.e. event calendars)
  • Setting meetings and sending out follow up reminders
  • Running errands
  • Taking notes
  • Processing receipts/P.O requests/expense reports
  • Making copies, phone calls, etc.
