What We’re Looking For :
The Marketing Operations Manager will support the company's direct response marketing initiatives and student goals by analyzing data and translating findings into strategic and tactical recommendations. You will be responsible for providing data analysis, defining and executing marketing tests and performing analysis related to email, display, lead purchasing and other promotional activities. Manage, develop and optimize vendor relationships to enhance revenue growth and achieve lead goals below budget.

Evaluate and analyze deal proposals for all renewal opportunities. Negotiate campaign placements at or below budget to maximize return on investment.

Execute on new partnerships while constantly optimizing existing campaigns.

Track performance metrics, report development and analytics.

Scale existing vendor relationships to increase lead growth and profitability.

Coordinate directly with vendors to ensure all deliverables and invoices are correct, on time and within budget.

Provide guidance for developing tools & tracking to enable the highest level of efficiency.

Forecasting & budgeting.

Things That Should Be in Your Background :
2 + years experience in driving buying decisions through utilization of data.

Expert knowledge of online media metrics & buying models (CPM, CPC, CPA).

Experience in media buying and managing relationships with online publishers.

Experience with database systems (e.g. SalesForce) and internet advertising across search marketing, Facebook, lead generation portals, direct response and email.

Experience using reporting and data to drive decisions.

Excellent analytical skills.

Strong negotiation & persuasion skills.
