Reporting to General Manager of PayCheck Direct, the Marketing Operations Manager will focus on developing, managing, executing and auditing operational processes and tasks supporting PayCheck Direct. The individual will have strategic as well as tactical responsibilities for various projects supporting the platforms for PayCheck Direct, and will be expected to facilitate and build working relationships with internal support organizations including IT and Marketing. The Marketing Operations Manager must have a proven record as a results-oriented project leader and be highly collaborative in ensuring proper alignment of programs with key goals and objectives. This role requires a leader with technical and marketing know-how, business acumen, and the ability to positively influence outcomes that achieve desired results.
Provide operational consultation to internal customers; translate business strategy and requirements into operational requirements; map dependencies to other areas of the business, and when required, create specification documents for IT development
Audit business processes from order taking to payment receipt setting up control reporting for each phase of the process.
Partner with marketing at initial functionality conceptualization to map and understand the full requirements, including: milestones and timing, success criteria, reporting requirements, channels, segmentation, etc
Manage program from conception to execution and evaluate against qualitative and quantitative objectives
Define, document and execute projects, actively participating in all phases of the project
Track, test, and analyze data to improve and optimize programs by delivering detailed reports
Execute and streamline marketing workflows through automation
Align internal operations with stakeholders in IT and other cross functional partners
Streamline processes to increase operational efficiencies and visibility
Drive functionality testing including outlining and executing meticulous QA test scenarios
Manage cross-functional communication and workflow between internal teams, partners and vendors to execute projects accurately and on-time
Continuously analyze the current processes and optimize accordingly to improve productivity
Bachelor Degree in an Operations or Marketing discipline or related
5-7 years of experience in marketing operations management function
Detail oriented and committed to producing high quality results; zero tolerance for errors
Demonstrated business relationship skills. Leadership, teamwork, relationship building, conflict resolution, verbal/written communication, customer orientation, problem solving.
