About the Role
Responsible for planning and implementation of projects that support the marketing function.

Responsible for administrative execution of all priority Marketing Services executive needs

Directly oversee/participate in AOL's 3 most marquis customer events (Newfront, Cannes, AdWeek) influencing over $100M in revenue

Support/enable greater focus on the top 200 accounts by project managing brand-advertising processes, initiatives supporting our highest margin business

Facilitate customer touch-points & on-site activation at AOL – influencing our top 100 accounts

Principal Responsibilities
Works individually or with a team in taking the lead for recommending action, scheduling and planning projects, estimating cost and managing projects to completion.
Identifies, evaluates and recommends marketing opportunities consistent with AOL Advertising objectives
Leads all administrative and operational functions of the Marketing Strategy executive office and team, including calendar, scheduling, developing agendas.

Solves moderately complex to complex problems that require independent thinking.

Supports the development of tactical marketing plans, in partnership with Marketing Leads, and may assist preparing related budgets

Qualifications: Knowledge, Experience, Skills
Education : Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Experience : 2-4 years directly related experience in a Marketing and/or Marketing Operations function
Skills : Strong communications skills to influence decision-making. Ability to partner with executive management in a professional environment.
