Manage the strategy and execution of targeted direct mail & print programs including creative development, product development and execution of targeted marketing programs
Development of creative strategies and execution for miscellaneous print channels such as catalogues and POS
Develop marketing strategy & execution for Direct Mail and other Print channels (80%)
Develop comprehensive print creative strategies for co-brand partners and Barclay's branded products such as Deposits and Ring
Develop direct mail strategy for deposits recruitment
New partner launches - develop messaging & creative strategies
Extensive management of external creative agencies and work with print production vendors
Print production QA
Manage print creative budget across all cobrand partners
Creative execution includes all print channels such as mail, catalog, and point of sale as well as digital assets in support of these channels
Monitor competitive marketplace for shifts in offer & creative strategies to inform go forward plans
Actively participate in engagements with partners to act as subject matter expert in direct mail and print channels
Maintenance and dissemination of legal libraries across all channels
Ensure targeting strategies are compliant with all regulations regarding fair lending
8+ years general advertising/marketing and financial service experience required
Strategic Marketing Acumen & experience working with co-brand partnerships essential
Technical print production expertise required
Leadership capabilities to influence internal and external partners
Polished sales skills to act as an influencer with partners and external
clients as well as internal colleagues
Extreme attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to multi-task and work well with vendors, partners, other bank colleagues (Legal, Mktg Ops)
Strong Oral and Written communication skills - able to provide clear direction and feedback to achieve business objectives
College degree in Marketing, Business or Finance
