This position is responsible for project leadership and implementation of cross-divisional projects affecting marketing from inception to project completion; and representing marketing segments on corporate initiatives to ensure appropriate balance between sales and profitability and operational considerations.
1.) Bachelor Degree with 3 years experience in health insurance, benefits, or managed care OR 7 years experience in health insurance, benefits, or managed care.
2.) Implementation and project management experience.
Experience in a position, which interfaces with internal clients, Marketing/Sales management and operations.
3.) Ability to manage multiple projects.
4.) Attention to detail.
5.) Organizational and leadership skills.
6.) Verbal and written communication skills.
7.) PC proficiency to include Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.
PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1.) Managed care experience.
