Manages deliverables and communicates effectively with team members in the delivery of projects within IU Communications’ portfolio, including video, photography, public relations, digital and print products such as websites, mobile applications, print brochures, advertisements and tablet publications, and other marketing and communications products.
Focuses on large-scale digital marketing campaigns that include websites, iPad publications, social media, video, and PR components; develops, monitors, and controls all aspects of a project including scope, budget, schedule, and resourcing; and interacts with clients and vendors. Manages workflow including project set-up, daily schedule, deadlines, revisions, deliveries, proofing, specs, and template management and assists staff members as needed.
Required: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, plus 3 years of project management experience at an interactive agency, design/advertising agency, or software development firm. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered on a 2:1 ratio.
Solid understanding of Hannon Hill’s Cascade Server Web Content Management System (WCMS) or similar WCMS and editorial and publishing workflow processes; experience working with a project tracking system; and demonstrated knowledge of web technologies. Ability to estimate costs and write technical specifications.
Preferred: Experience with Microsoft Project and Infowit.
