FreightCenter is seeking a Marketing/QC Admin who will be an essential part of the marketing team. The primary responsibilities will be to proactively investigate and monitor customer satisfaction and the company's online reputation. Responsibilities: Improve customer satisfaction by proactively researching active shipments to ensure accuracy and recognize potential issuesMonitor and respond to online customer reviews and respond accordingly Coordinates problem resolution with the appropriate departments Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and oralProfessional phone manner is requiredWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office, and Microsoft ExcelStrong problem solving and analytical skillsAble to prioritize multiple projectscommunicate through in-bound and outbound phone calls and email while maintaining cheerful and professional demeanor Experience in customer service or conflict resolutions a bonus but not essential Benefits: As a Quality Control Administrator with FreightCenter, you will be part of a dynamic and growing company.
