This position is located in Marietta, GA, at CribMaster, Inc., one of the business units in the Industrial & Automotive Repair platform of Stanley Black & Decker. CribMaster™ is a leader in inventory control with CribMaster - Inventory Management System. CribMaster uses bar-coding and RFID technology to tie fast and reliable tool crib or store room transactions to a powerful system of inventory control. The system provides critical data to reduce the risk for lost or misplaced tools in tightly controlled environments. CribMaster manages indirect material usage (MRO, Tools, Spare Parts, etc.) with cost centers, automating processes, enabling point-of-use distribution, reducing stock-outs, replenishing inventory automatically and much more.

Position Summary

This position’s responsibilities will include gathering new content to layout in existing creative templates as well as help layout and produce print-ready files for brochures, flyers, postcards, advertising, signage and other marketing materials including: maintenance of basic web content and creation of graphics for the web, within pre-established brand guidelines and design principles in accordance with commonly used concepts, practices and procedures of graphic design. This position will also include providing occasional administrative support.

This position is part of a collaborative marketing effort juggling multiple deadlines, projects and responsibilities in fast-paced work environment

Essential Job Functions §

Work closely with the Marketing team to understand the overall vision for the department and the goals of the business §

Support the development of new and existing Marketing material §

The ability to support all multiple marketing and business projects simultaneously §

The ability to present Marketing research data to the team for feedback and direction §

Solid understanding of basic web content and development §

Develop innovative and creative ideas §

Other duties as assigned by management.

Essential Skills & Experience §

Bachelor or Associates degree in Design or related field §

Ability to work in a team setting sharing responsibilities and goals §

Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) §

Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point) §

Strong attention to detail §

Proven Strong written and verbal communication skills §

Self-motivated individual with the desire to succeed and motivate others §

Organized, efficient, and able to manage multiple project and deadline in a fast paced, ever- changing environment
