External Job Description
Title Resource Group (TRG) is a full-service title, settlement, underwriting and vendor management services company serving real estate companies, affinity groups, corporations and financial institutions in support of residential and commercial real estate transactions. TRG is currently seeking a Marketing Representative at Texas American Title Company in the Austin area of Texas. The Marketing Representative will be responsible for generating a new client base as well as maintaining current client base. This position will entail marketing to real estate agents, mortgage lenders, principals, etc. in order to bring new title orders and work to Texas American Title Company.
A High School diploma or equivalency is required. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Two to three years of sales experience is required. Experience within the Real Estate/Lending field is preferred. A valid Driver’s License and personal working car is required (insurance for the vehicle must be provided by employee). Strong communication skills both verbally and written are required. Must demonstrate strong technical skills (computer skills as well as experience with a blackberry). Strong customer service and personable skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite required.
