THE POSITION: We are seeking an individual with exceptional sales skills. Retail sales and experience in hotel/hospitality industries is particularly applicable. Effective sales techniques are necessary to interact with prospects and residents while helping people select new apartment homes. It’s a fun product to sell! This individual must be able to multi-task and must love a job where every day is different. You would have lots of different roles, major responsibilities include:
· Marketing Your Community to Individuals Relocating to the Area
· Developing and Implementing Marketing Programs Incorporating Direct Mail, Advertising, Competitive Analysis and More
· Promoting the Furnished Executive Housing Program to Local Companies
· Performing Administrative Tasks such as Credit Reviews and Lease Preparations
