The selected candidate will play a key role in developing and executing syndicated and custom marketing research studies designed to produce actionable consumer insights supporting CitiMortgage. In this role you will:

Prioritize and oversee the project management of marketing research initiatives including vendor selection, methodology, questionnaire design, schedule, analysis and presentation.

Perform ad hoc analysis and reporting of various customer satisfaction metrics, including NPS. Through data mining and key driver analyses identify key trends and determine areas of strengths and weaknesses for CitiMortgage to act upon.

Effectively synthesize and communicate data to address a broad range of questions related to consumer attitudes and behavior from key client groups, including Marketing and senior management, by creating and delivering clear impactful consumer insights presentations.
Provide data and analysis for monthly meetings with senior management to cover Satisfaction Results, NPS, KPI's and areas that are being worked by business to dissolve Detractors.

Expertise in quantitative research (web, phone and mail) and qualitative research (in person/ online focus groups and in-depth interviews), including survey design, data analysis and interpretation, report writing

Strong analytical, problem solving and statistical skills. .

5+ years of marketing research experience

Effective written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, and the ability to draw and translate findings into business recommendations.
