The LiveOps Marketing Specialist will be responsible for assisting the Marketing Program Manager in planning, execution and reporting of marketing programs and events that support the expansion and growth of LiveOps products and services. The Marketing Specialist will be involved in all aspects of event planning from pre-program planning to post-program follow-up and tracking. Events will include, but limited to, tradeshows, industry events, seminars, and webinars.
Assisting in event coordination including booth design, budget management, creation of communication documents, and staff management
Event lead upload, tracking and outbound email campaign management
Online calendar maintenance
Manage marketing inventory of supplies, giveaways and event accessories
Other marketing support as needed by the Marketing Team
Minimum 3 years experience
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
Resourceful problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and manage concurrent projects with tight deadlines
Extraordinary attention to detail with the ability to see the big picture
Understanding of finance and budgeting
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in MS office
Basic knowledge of HMTL
Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools is required (i.e.: Salesforce.com and Eloqua)
