The Marketing Specialist is responsible for creating project overviews, working with implementation teams, defining budgets and developing resources. In addition, this role will work with department members to support overall marketing strategies including: design, fulfillment, and tracking. Manages projects within department budget as set by the VP, Corporate Marketing.Collects information and prepares department reports as directed. Maintains and develops intranet content via SharePoint as well as content development and maintenance of external communications channels including BankFinancial's website, social media channels (as adopted).Marketing SupportTranslates marketing concepts into marketing deliverables based on direction from department management.Works to increase department efficiency in production and fulfillment.Works with internal stakeholders to transform plans and goals into project deliverables.Develops tracking mechanisms and standardized reporting for initiatives and channels including website. Reports results and best practicesTracks and reports budget expenditures. Manages workflow as assigned by department managers to efficiently translate direction/vision into timely deliverables: Letters, posters, flyers, banners, website content, seminar packages, sales materials, calling scripts, etc.Works closely with other department for marketing support of events, trade shows, etc.Provides primary research to evaluate marketing channels in order for management to make recommendation.Serves as production lead for all promotional materials including lobby promotions, direct mail initiatives, etc.Manages online and offline ad trafficking using approved creative.Serves as lead for updates to internal SharePoint marketing site.Reviews Web traffic via Google Analytics and makes recommendations to increase visits and usage of the site.Works with department members and vendors to create and manage online media and produce media in-house. (Video, etc.)Supports digital display signage installation, maintenance and updates.Works to streamline Marketing requests and increase department efficiency by automating common tasks and creating templates for end users.Manages Marketing Calendar and assists AVP, Marketing Communication Manager with production of: notices and mailings, including yearly Privacy Notice mailings and other Customer legal notices, cross-sell initiatives and prospect mailings throughout the year.Serves as lead for updates to Commercial Pricing Sheets and source matrix document. Review Federal Reserve rates, update matrix and send to CEO. Update rate sheets as necessary and post to Intranet WorkPlace on a weekly basis or as requested.Assists with holding company Press Releases and provide support for ongoing initiatives.Assists with reviews and proofreading of materials before final production.Manage relationships with external vendors as directed.
