Position Summary: Assist marketing team with various marketing tasks related to non-member acquisition and existing member marketing programs. Updates and manages collateral material for all branch locations. Tracks and updates weekly marketing campaigns in Master Marketing Project calendar. Works with data analytics to provide lists to various vendors for direct mail and e-mail campaigns. Assists E-commerce department with website postings.
Responsibilities: To provide support to the marketing team with ongoing high-level projects and manage day to day projects. Work with marketing team and E-commerce department to ensure the internet is current and reflects appropriate product, member information and campaigns. Update and maintain our internal marketing portal and assist with company, special and employee events as well as community outreach functions. Also responsible for executing daily distribution of email marketing campaigns, e-newsletters and other communication pieces. Will work with operations on the development and implementation of required compliance oriented member communications. Produce campaign analytics reports and monitor campaign results. Assist with internal employee communication and actively participate in the employee morale committee.
