Specific responsibilities for this position include: supporting seminar/event/webinar activities for the practice group nationally; drafting internal and external communications and marketing collateral; assisting attorneys and business development teams with presentations and RFP responses as necessary; developing and maintaining mailing lists, contact lists and client profiles through the use of the firm's CRM, InterAction; developing speaking and authorship opportunities with professional and trade organizations; and collaborating with other marketing, communications and graphics team members.
Qualified candidates must possess an undergraduate degree in public relations, marketing, or related field and have a minimum of 5 years of related experience. This position requires a very high energy level, flexibility with work hours, and occasional business travel. Strong organizational, team building and communication skills are essential. Law firm experience is strongly preferred; law firm and/or trade association experience a plus.
