The Marketing Specialist works within the marketing organization and ensures the delivery of strategic, timely, and cost efficient marketing messages, events and materials. Responsibilities include application of strategic communication and marketing principles, efficient project management, quality execution, excellent interdepartmental communications, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities to meet demanding deadlines with a variety of stakeholders and teams.
Supports internal and external communication and marketing strategies
Front-line deployment of outward-facing social media; intranet announcements, news and features
Creates and oversees production of marketing materials to support product and sales initiatives
Provide communications support to sales and digital marketing specialist for SEO/PPC, as required.
Sales enablement activities including marketing automation tool administration, landing page optimization and knowledge documentation
Marketing campaign coordination including planning and producing webinars
Event coordination and logistics support
Support for significant special projects as assigned by the Marketing leadership team
Management of company's customer advocacy program
Performs market research to support company objectives as required
Assist in the preparation and monitoring of metrics to measure the success of the marketing communications output.
Compiles and prepares periodic reports on activities related to marketing Produce exceptional work in multiple media types including web, social, video and print
3-5 years of experience
Be highly self-motivated and well organized
Be able to see other people's points of view and take on board feedback
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities, utilize resources, identify and address problems, meet deadlines, and stay within budget
Prior experience with MS Office, primarily MS Word and PowerPoint
Experience with marketing automation software, Drupal, or Adobe Creative Suite a plus
Excellent writing skills
Strong interpersonal skills; a team player, positive and innovative thinker
