The Marketing Support Administrator performs a wide array of projects under the direction of the Marketing Services Manager and provides administrative support to Business Development leadership.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

* Develop and coordinate trade show & seminar events for business area and coordinate with other participating business areas
* Hands on work involving the preparation of displays, equipment and marketing media: design, edit, proofread, print, package media and equipment, ship, track, travel to/from location, coordinate team & travel
* Prepare event agenda, invitations, registration forms and payment tracking for events
* Develop media packs & giveaways for trade shows and conferences
* Serves as a liaison between the company and print suppliers and other marketing services
* Manage and track the expenses for each event. Ensure budget is managed properly. Responsible for media and marketing event budgets
* Design and produce visual marketing materials for trade shows, promotions, advertisements, films, packaging, and informative and instructional material
* Generates and manipulates graphic images, animations, sound, text and video into consolidated and seamless multimedia programs
* Prepare presentations, correspondence and budgets including special projects
* Process indirect purchase requests, travel requests and expense reports
* Responsible to accurately manage/ update/ maintain Electronic Notes Calendar with visitors, meetings, travelers, etc for the Business Area Corporate VP Leader and Business Area Group Calendar
* Create and update memos and correspondence
* Frequently check the Business Area Corporate VP Leader incoming and outgoing mailboxes; distribute as required;
* Confidential disbursement of mail and incoming faxes to the Business Area Corporate VP Leader
* Make appointments, schedule meetings and conferences (on- and off-site) in a timely and efficient manner
* Screen (when requested) direct phone calls to Business Area Corporate VP Leader
* Contacts Database - Content Manager for all company Customer Contacts
* Responsible for accuracy of Customer and Business Development contacts
* Administer Business Development, MMPIMMR and Gates 0-2 Teamrooms
* Punctuality to work each day and prepared to work scheduled work hours
* Other duties as assigned

Requirements

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

BS/BA Minimum in related discipline

SKILLS REQUIRED:

Working knowledge of personal computers, facsimile machine, and various copy machines required
Must be discreet with confidential letters, memos, correspondence and company-confidential documents
Must be organized, detail oriented and reliable
Experience in preparing presentations a must
Marketing experience and budget coordination
Position requires extensive organizational skills and the ability to handle numerous tasks simultaneously with interruptions
Must deal with the business related needs of individuals both inside and outside of the company
Proven interpersonal communication skills
Project Management skills
Computer proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Detail-oriented and ability to multitask successfully
