TARP Worldwide, the premier customer experience agency, seeks a talented and experienced Survey Research Analyst. The Survey Research Analyst will perform advanced statistical analyses, organize complex datasets, prepare and manage data, prepare SPSS syntax, read survey results, perform routine QA of reports, and prepare key findings and reports.
The Research Analyst will directly support clients and is responsible for analysis and assisting with report generation. The Research Analyst will be responsible for working directly with the Account Teams to produce data tabulations based on predefined data plans as well as synthesize and present data output.
Job Requirements: Education
BA or BS required; MS or MBA preferred. Preferred disciplines of study include Statistics, Marketing Research, Applied Social Science, or Mathematics.
At least 1 to 3 years of experience in one or more of the following work areas:
• Statistical Model development,
• Data Mining,
• Marketing Research Analysis,
• Customer Satisfaction Analysis.

Position reports to the Research Director and has key working relationships with the TARP Management Team and TARP Account Teams. This position has limited client contact.

3.4 Manage data audit steps to ensure data quality

4.1 Assist the Account Manager with the development of report template
4.2 Assist with the development of slides to be included in the report.
