Job Description:
  • Provides expert advice to the Business Development
and Marketing Systems Manager for development and
enhancement of new and existing systems and their
migration to a new Microsoft Dynamics platform.
  • Acts as the liaison between the business,
technology teams and support teams.
  • Elicits requirements using interviews, document
analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site
visits, business process descriptions, use cases,
scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow
analysis.
  • Critically evaluates information gathered from
multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose
high-level information into details, abstract up
from low-level information to a general
understanding, and distinguish user requests from
the underlying true needs.
  • Proactively communicate and collaborate with
external and internal customers to analyze
information needs and functional requirements and
deliver the Functional requirements
  • Utilizes their experience in using enterprise-wide
requirements definition and management systems and
methodologies required.
  • Successfully engages in multiple initiatives
simultaneously
  • Drives and challengse business units on their
assumptions of how they will successfully execute
their plans
  • Demonstrates strong analytical and product
management skills required, including a thorough
understanding of how to interpret customer business
needs and translate them into application and
operational requirements.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
and the ability to interact professionally with a
diverse group, including end users, executives,
managers, and subject matter experts.
  • Serves as the conduit between the end-users and the
software development team through which requirements
flow.
  • Develops requirements specifications according to
standard templates, using natural language.
  • Collaborates with developers and subject matter
experts to establish the technical vision and
analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance
needs.
  • Is responsible for the maintenance, monitoring and
management program for all the current business
development and marketing systems.
  • Specifies and develops system reports for Sectors,
Locations, and senior management
  • Gathers, maintains, and reports key statistics and
trends to Sector and Regional Managing Directors.
  • Inputs and updates information into Business
Development and Marketing systems, provides support
to end users, and generates reports/analysis as
required.
  • Performs other tasks associated with the position
as may be appropriate

Job Requirements:
  • BA/BS degree in related field or applicable
discipline, or equivalent or relevant experience.
  • Generally, 8 to 10 years experience in field and
typically 5+ years supervisory and/or management
experience.
  • Certification in Microsoft Dynamics Technology
specialist, Customization and Configuration,
Applications, Installation and Deployment
  • Adept problem solver with stong business analysis
and communication skills
  • Technical skills requirements: Sharpoint , SQL
Programming, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project
  • Experienced in: requiremetns definition, business
process mapping, functional design specification,
application design, development & testing, data
analytics & reporting, training development and
delivery, data cleansing and migration
  • Ability to troubleshoot and develop strategic
implementation plans for new concepts and ideas as
required by senior leaders and business objectives.
  • The ability to effectively communicate and present
complex program proposals and reports to senior
level management is critical.
  • Ability to persuade and influence others is
critical.
  • Participative management style with a cooperative
team approach.
  • Proven leadership skills in multi-cultural and
possibly multi-national environments.
  • Commitment to customer service and ability to work
in a team-oriented environment.
  • Typically will interface with lower level
personnel, upper level management, customers, and
outside vendors.
