chains, Catherines is looking for a Marketing Traffic &
Communication Coordinator to join the Catherines team in
our corporate office located in Bensalem, PA. Today with
more than 400 locations nationwide—along with—the Catherines brand continues to fulfill
its promise to women everywhere as the fashion and fit
authority for sizes 16W–34W and 0X–5X. Catherines serves
a unique niche in the marketplace, offering beautiful

Key Roles & Responsibilities
  • Handle pack outs for all signage going to the DCs &
Black Box
  • Bid weekly pack outs and schedule with packer,
Create memos and decals prepare paperwork for jobs
going out on trucks, UPS and Black Box
  • Create and authorize PO’s for all DC truck jobs
  • Communicate details of all truck jobs to
allocations, including providing them distros
  • Work with pack house to get ASNs for truck shipments
and communicate them to allocations and DC
  • Notify DC’s, store ops, allocations, marketing when
a job is ready to be released and when the materials
have shipped to the DC’s Graphics Weekend & Graphics
  • Compile list of graphics shipping each week for CA
store ops and branding so that stores are notified
of what marketing materials are coming to them (CA)
  • Create monthly shipping schedule for DC’s and
allocations, showing how many cartons will ship each
week, allowing the DC’s to prepare for upcoming
  • Log all jobs that have delivered to packer and
  • Reconcile Invoices for payment
  • Sign Request ( Stores , Internal & Floorsets)
  • Follow Up with Printer to ensure Material Deliveries
  • Prep Production Meeting Print Outs for Director
  • Schedule print jobs
  • Email a list of print jobs due for new COMPS,
corrections, and release to designated teams
  • Track and manage job statuses multiple times
throughout the day
  • Color separator coordination of all print proofs
twice a day.
  • Assign appropriate deadline for proofs, inform the
department via email the proofs are available, and
follow up with appropriate parties to ensure they
have proofed
  • Work with color separator to prioritize work load
for the incoming days
  • Releasing final art and film to Color Separator and
  • Meet with Production Manager and track each job’s
status for a specific time period
  • Maintaining an orderly file room
  • Gather and Format specific marketing and signage
information for the visual document
  • Attend Store Floorset to ensure Marketing is placed
  • Review & Catalog all Marketing Information as posted
and as related to Visual Merchandising
  • Catalog all Visual Merchandise Communications and
documentation on a monthly basis
  • Work as Liaison between Visual Merchandising and
Marketing departments

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelors Degree preferred
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to manage multiple projects/initiatives
  • Ability to build and maintain strong working
relationships with cross-functional partners
  • Proficient in MS Office programs
