POSITION INFORMATION:Job/Position Summary:
Direct all trucks to proper unloading area.
Responsible for weighing all incoming and outgoing material to ensure accurate records.
Receive, identify and confirm the purchase of all incoming scrap prior to the release to the Receiving Department for unloading.
Responsible for checking quality and performing quality test on incoming material.
Responsible for the entering, printing and checking of all receiving reports.
Responsible for maintaining the shipping and receiving filing system.
Responsible for reporting daily production information at Element 13
Perform clerical office duties such as typing, operating facsimile and photocopying machines.
Find and retrieve files in response to request from authorized staff.
Ensure that proper work procedures and practices are followed and take necessary steps that prevent incidents in areas
Other assignments as directed by the Element 13 Logistics Manager

High school diploma or equivalency
2 – 4 years in a fast paced professional environment
Excellent communication skills
High proficiency in MS Outlook and Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong time-management and office protocol skills
Bachelor's Degree or Associates Degree in a related field
Experience in an industrial environment
