As our Irvine, California-based Material Coordinator, your mission is to insure our customers have an outstanding experience by accurately processing purchase orders, from placing orders to invoicing. Your skills and background will include:

- Previous experience in processing purchase orders, maintenance of purchase orders and vendor management
- Advanced knowledge of Excel for reconciliation and analysis of purchase orders
- Experience with frequently changing and special promotion pricing that impacts purchase orders
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in the electronic imaging/printing industry is a plus
- Experience with Oracle ERP is a definite plus
