This is a 1st shift position 11 p.m.-7:30 a.m., Monday-Friday with Overtime ability required on weekends as needed.

Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Ability to work in the US without corporate sponsorship

Essential physical requirements include lifting or carrying baskets of parts weighing approximately 56 pounds, other items weighing approximately 50 pounds, standing and occasional walking.

Position Criteria include but are not limited too:
1.Follow all company policies and procedures, including Eaton’s Life Saving Rules
2.Ability to recognize safety hazards, takes action immediately, and takes ownership of driving resolution
3.Follow Work instructions
4.Demonstrate strong drive for results by assembling units within the identified cycle time without sacrificing safety or quality
5.Complete required documentation (Scrap tag, Hoist inspections, Daily Checklists etc.)
6.Ability and willingness to continuously increase job knowledge and share it through training other operators
7.Demonstrate commitment to work OT to support customer demands. (Daily and Weekend)
8.Flexibility around cross-functional learning
9.Demonstrate excellent teamwork and communication skills to foster a team environment
10.Willingness to own and drive continuous improvement, supporting our journey to model plant status.
11.Ability to make sound decisions and solve problems as they arise
12.Ability to navigate a computer
13.Completed certification for fork lift operation
14. Dedicated to teamwork and strong communication within the plant
15. Ability to work under time constraints at 100% accuracy
16. Understand that position is vital to achieving plant distribution goals and sustain operational efficiency

Basic Qualifications (Including Educational Requirements)
