The Materials Coordinator oversees and assists with the daily support operations, including inventory management and control. Specific duties include inventory management, meeting/coordinating with vendors, monthly review of supply against the general ledger, and coordinating the repair of equipment as needed. This individual should possess excellent communication skills and demonstrate a commitment to quality service. This position will adhere to all policies, procedures and regulations to ensure patient safety and compliance.
Minimum: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent;
Desired: Some College courses in business, accounting or healthcare.
Computer Literacy, to include MS Office (Word and Excel); Materials Management; Financial computer system experience; Ability to analyze and interpret data, good communication skills and problem solving skills. Working in team environment.
Desired: Medical supply knowledge.
MUST BE ABLE TO LIFT 50 LBS.
Two (2) years of related experience of which one (1) year must have been in Materials Management
Receiving and distribution experience desired.
