This position works closely with various levels of the organization to ensure warehouse/distribution-related customer service levels meet or exceed customer expectations.
Night shift position (9:30 PM - 6:00 AM);subject to change.
Weekend coverage may be required (five days on, two days off - exact workdays scheduled TBD)
Requires a High School Diploma or GED.
Minimum of one to two (1-2)
years in a warehouse and distribution environment.
Prefer two (2) years warehouse/distribution experience in a hospital environment including exposure to JCAHO requirements. Prefer knowledge of FDA and OSHA rules and regulations. Attention to detail is required.
Prefer Forklift certification.
Requires the ability to read, write and speak effectively in English. Must be customer service oriented and have the ability to work with others. This position requires knowledge of associated tasks relating to the receipt, storage, and distribution of medical supplies. Must have the ability to safely use a forklift and related MHE. Some computer skills required (MSFT Word, email, some spreadsheet work).
