You daily responsabilities
  • Participate in all aspects of the projects, design
and estimation from concept studies through detail
engineering and technical support during
construction and commissioning;
  • Produce designs and drawings for plan layout,
material handling and mechanical equipment;
  • Provide technical support to project managers,
engineers, contractors, and clients.

Job Requirements:
What sets you appart
  • Engineering Design Technology Degree, specializing
in mechanical design;
  • 4 to 8 years’ experience in heavy industry required;
  • Substantiated “expertise” in the latest versions of
  • Substantiated “expertise” in the latest versions of
Solid Works;
  • An excellent knowledge or AutoCAD, additionally
skills with 3D software such as Solid Works, CADWorx
Plant or Autoplant would be an asset;
  • Experience in the design of industrial equipment
with knowledge of applicable industry standards and
codes, accepted design practices and quality
  • Candidate will be required to make jobsite visits to
review existing plan facilities, take field
dimensions and assist plant operations in
troubleshooting and analysis of existing facilities;
  • Experience in petrochemical or mining would be an
  • Strong experience in all Microsoft Office
  • Communication skills and teamwork are essential.
