The Mechanical Engineer will create designs and documentation to facilitate manufacture of products including drawings, bills of material and material specifications. He or she will also collaborate with manufacturing to facilitate, manufacture and assemble prototypes and production parts.
Required Skills:
3-4 years experience minimum in the oil and gas industry.
Knowledge of designing Liner Hanger systems and associated accessories is preferred.
Should be able to perform typical design functions with minimal supervision.
Must have adequate knowledge of manufacturing and/or applications.
Should possess adequate interpersonal skills.
Should have been a key contributor on Product Development teams and possess the ability to lead small size projects independently.
Knowledge of MS office, peripherals, Pro-E, Finite Element Analysis (FEA), and Mathcad preferred. (Solidworks is okay).
