Job Summary

The Media Analyst is responsible for supporting the Media Strategist to manage TravelClick’s book of accounts, including but not limited to the due diligence for client deliverables and day-to-day campaign management. As part of the operations team, the Media Analyst will be responsible for periodic deliverables to properly manage accounts including client facing reporting. Day-to-day management include reporting, ongoing campaign performance summaries, and fulfilling implementation requests. Over time, the analyst will be responsible for a number of accounts working under the direction of the Media Strategist or Sr. Media Analyst. The main responsibility of the Media Analyst is to learn digital media and longer term, become a Media Strategist.

Principal Responsibilities: (8-15 Essential Functions)


q Support Media Strategist to create a Media Plan for enterprise level accounts

q Learn and set internal expectations

Campaign Management

q Generate data to support upselling activities

q Generate data to support renewal activities

q Reports Maintained:

Ø Ongoing Monitor Report (frequency dictated by Media Strategist or Regional Manager)

Ø Client Reporting (defined by client requirement)

Ø Optimization Reporting

q Over time, the Media Analyst will be responsible for providing optimization recommendations via email to the Media Strategist, who will review with the analyst on a need basis.

q Support Media Strategist on QBR activities

q Campaign Auditing

Ø Ensure campaigns are running properly: accurate implementation

Ø Fulfillment: Ensure campaigns are running on pace and within the contractual obligations

Ø ROAS/Performance goals: Ensure that campaigns are being monitored and performance issues are being identified for optimization analysis.

Experience and Qualifications

· Detail oriented, well organized, and ability to multi-task in a results oriented business environment.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
