Our office is conveniently located a short walk from the heart of Center City.The Media Buyer is responsible for establishing and developing cost-effective media and vendor relationships, with the aim of driving scalable, targeted, and profitable traffic to our offers. An individual in this position will identify appropriate partners, negotiate pricing, and acquire inventory (text, display, etc.) on a CPC, CPA, and CPM basis. In executing written agreements and managing accounts, the Media Buyer will ensure that traffic sources meet or exceed ROI metrics/goals.The Media Buyer will work closely with all members of the sales and marketing teams, ascertaining that shared goals are achieved and a common strategy is executed across all marketing platforms. This is a unique opportunity to participate first hand in the entire campaign cycle from start to finish -- determining budgets, strategizing on ROI optimization and even helping to create/modify the creatives used.Responsibilities: Identify appropriate media partnersNegotiate opportunities with new and current media partnersAnalyze online media buysDevelop and manage performance of campaigns on CPM, CPC and CPA models.Optimize campaigns to internal ROI metricsWork with creative and analytics team to optimize both banners and landing pages Qualifications/Experience: Required: 2+ years experience buying online media for direct responseStrong experience in Affiliate and ROI-Performance MarketingSelf-starter attitude and the ability to work independentlyStrong analytical skillsWell-developed negotiation skillsPhone selling/cold calling experienceDemonstrated ability to work in a fast paced, competitive, and fun environmentExcellent communication (written and verbal) skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Desired (but not required): Technical knowledge of Ad Management platformsExperience in on-line Lead GenerationAn eye for graphic design
