The On Device Media Delivery Manager Lead is responsible for overseeing all global media deliveries. The successful candidate will potentially support all Nokia platforms, with global, local and operator-specific deliveries. The role involves managing a team responsible for coordinating content development, verification and localization, as well as ensuring content quality and readiness, financial tracking, and final end to end verification. In addition, this individual will be responsible for ensuring that all project milestones are met by implementing, using, and, where needed, improving Nokia processes, tools and interfaces.
The On Device Media Delivery Manager Lead will define and adjust project load as per business needs and team bandwidth. They will be required to cultivate positive and mutually beneficial relationships with all stakeholders, including the developers/publishers as well as with other internal teams. The successful candidate will apply their expertise and insight to the broader context of Nokia business and will display learning agility, flexibility, and innovation. They will also work to resolve any interpersonal disputes or concerns within the team, as well as assisting each team member in their professional growth. 5-10 years relevant experience managing people and projects.
