Our portfolio has traditionally been 60% pr and communications but is rapidly shifting to integrated branding. Our creative is strong, our mar/com team is stellar -- we're missing the media link. We are looking for a strong willed, highly strategic thinker to lead our media sector. Planning, negotiating, buying. We have farmed this out for years so the department is yours to set up and lead, reporting directly to the CEO. We have done national placements but current work load is regional, heavy TV, online and print. Position is in Dallas market but will lead media operations agency wide. Minimum 5 years experience as a planner/buyer. Salary DOE with benefits. EOE.
