The Media Ecosystem Manager will shape and drive the third-party ecosystem to maximize value for Twitter Media and its partners. From curation to visualization, from analytics to power user tools, your job is to ensure the media ecosystem plays a significant role in driving on-air integrations, quality content from influential tweeters, and distribution of Twitter through traditional media.
You will design and run programs, outreach and incentives that accelerate ecosystem evolution and execution in the most strategic areas for Twitter Media. In addition, you will work with ecosystem partners to align product feature roadmaps, give solid actionable UX guidance, channel market feedback, and steer them to areas of maximum mutual value.

Serve as the primary business and product contact for all Twitter Media ecosystem companies
Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for stimulation of the third-party ecosystem around Twitter Media
Identify and prioritize specific gaps within the ecosystem, and inspire partners to fill them
Act as a proxy product manager to accelerate priorities partners to successful deliveries
In collaboration with core marketing, design compelling marketing programs which influence and motivate the industry
Model, initiate, execute and track ecosystem incentive programs to accelerate ecosystem innovation, e.g. certification, joint marketing, business referrals
Set policy for the ecosystem, in coordination with other stakeholders at Twitter
Create reusable tools and techniques for use by global Twitter Media teams
Define and document best practices, and contribute to company knowledge sharing effort
Ability to communicate effectively and persuasively, in person and in writing, to many different audiences
Demonstrable leadership abilities in changing, ambiguous and challenging situations
Deep experience in product and technology partnerships
Passion for media, and the evolving media landscape
Excellent strategic instincts
