What you'll do
Provide level 2 and 3 support for application issues escalated from the Helpdesk
Work closely with management and staff to ensure continuity/success of learning process for client teams
Participate in the development and implementation of internal and external training initiatives including documentation
Deliver (individual & group) training as needed, both internally and externally
Manage application delivery service across multiple platforms (remote access)
Work closely with Infrastructure to develop and implement application business continuity plans

Engage, motivate and persuade participants and stakeholders, in a matrix organization
