Responsible for greeting patients. Schedules patient appointments in a timely, caring, professional manner on the phone and in person, and ensures that pertinent billing information is obtained from every patient. Responsible for checking patients in and out, answers telephone and assists physicians and nurses as needed.

High School Diploma or GED is required. Must have knowledge of computers and other office equipment. Previous experience working in a Medical Office setting preferred. Must have the ability to multi-task and have strong public relation skills. Must be motivated and self-disciplined.

Note: This is a relief position, covering primarily nights and weekends. Typically scheduled 3:30pm-6:00pm if working pediatrics or 3:30pm-8:00pm if working the Walk-in Clinic.
