We are currently seeking Medical Account Reps / Customer Service personnel to support our client in Cleveland, Ohio.

Pay Rate : $12.00-$14.00/Hour

Job Summary:

Accurately and courteously handle inbound and outbound calls for the Eligibility Enrollment Solutions service line to determine eligibility for various government programs.

Education / Experience:
  • High School graduate or GED
  • Minimum of two years customer service experience preferrably in a call center
  • Knowledge of health insurance terminology and the billing process or equivalent
  • Proficient and attentive to details
  • Possess superior customer service skills
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Able to multi-task, establish priorities, and work independently
