Under moderate direction of the Manager, provides medical records for patient care, ensures that medical and tracks to ensure accessibility of 485’s, change orders and patient status reports.
Maintains complete medical records files and ensures completeness and availability of records. Tracks and inputs orders and plans of care face to face documents into tracking system and will track and obtain physicians signatures on plans of care face to face and place in medical record
inimum Job Qualifications:
High School Graduate or equivalent
One (1) year general office
Skills & Abilities:
Typing speed of 30 words per minute, good communication skills and organization skills.
Knowledge of computer software applications in a Windows environment.
