Individual will be responsible for installation, customer training and repair of medical instrumentation sold by our client with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Install, maintain and support our client's instruments in the field.
Frequent weekly travel.
Provide onsite customer training.
Recognize when field service issues need to be escalated and take
Document service, installation and maintenance calls with complete reports .
Maintain sound knowledge of technology and understand customers'
Provide sales department with potential leads
BS/BA in Chemistry/Physics/Material Science.
Minimum of 2 years advanced training or experience in electronic and
Sound knowledge of PC operating systems, office tools and basic computer
2 year experience on a customer focus help desk troubleshooting via Phone or
email with CRM entries.
Analytical mindset and drive to resolve open issues.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills as well as the ability to
perform effective system level troubleshooting Communication and
Drivers license mandatory.
Working knowledge of vacuum and pressure systems are highly desired
