JOB SUMMARY:
This position performs massages, body treatments and other spa treatments while participating as a community member focused and committed to creating magical experiences for each and every guest. This community member should be a therapist who strives to continue to grow through further education, sharing knowledge and listening to be taught more.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Promote a warm, relaxed feeling for members and guests. Be prepared to assist guests by anticipating their needs.

Personalize each treatment to accommodate the individual needs of our guests. Interact appropriately with guest and members whether it is a conversation or a quiet presence.

Must use guest name recognition.

Follow established protocols to provide consistent, excellent service.

Must arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start of shift to prepare.

Be extremely knowledgeable and able to accurately describe and sell services and products offered.

Maintain cleanliness, organization and restocking of your treatment room, supply cage, back bar, break room and employee restroom. Assist in helping with cleanliness throughout.

Perform all opening and closing responsibilities noted on checklist.

Communicate with peers, other community members, leadership and guests with respect and compassion at all times.

Review daily booking schedules checking for booking errors, double bookings, special requests, etc.

Provide assistance when necessary throughout.

Pick up guests on time and return on time to ensure all appointments run on time and guests receive their full treatment time.

Perform any other duties as assigned by the Leadership Team.

Follow appropriate protocols and policies for all requests and needs.

SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY:
The individual must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that he/she can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation, using some other combination of skills and abilities.

Ability to maintain a pleasant disposition and function efficiently in high stress/pressure work environment.

Experience with hospitality and customer service.

Resort spa experience preferred.

Professional, flexible and positive attitude.

Detailed oriented.

Ability to sit and/or stand continuously to perform essential job functions.

Requires extending arms, bending and stooping to reach materials.

Hearing and visual ability to observe and detect signs of guests' needs.
