Responsible for pleasantly and promptly greeting all patients and visitors upon arrival at the clinic. Accountable for accurate scheduling of patient appointments, data entry of patient demographics and verification of insurance information to assure accurate billing and insurance processing. Additional responsibilities include medical records, answering incoming calls, accurate messaging to clinic staff, referral processing, documentation and collection of co-pays and payment on account. The PSR understands the importance of maintaining patient privacy and follows all policies and procedures related to HIPAA.

Qualified candidates must possess excellent customer service skills to our internal and external customers by maintaining positive relationships with patients, family members and clinic visitors.
