Rose Medical Center is seeking a part time Medical Records Clerk for the HIM department. This position is part time, evenings and will average 24 to 31 hours per week and could include some weekends. The Facility File Clerk is responsible for the organization, retrieval, copying, filing and reconciling of patient records. Facility File Clerks will also be responsible for processing patient accounts in the scanning work queues and will scan and index late documentation received in the HIM department.We require a high school diploma/GED and at least one year of office experience.Applicants need organization, communication and PC skills.Previous experience handling patient health information and/or medical records is strongly preferred.
